Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
